Tom is talking about Luc Tuymans in De Standaard today. He also says art references are in some of his songs.

    The movie Badlands (Terence Malick) is "the one where Martin Sheen waves his hand to the girl in the street"...

    There's tons more of them.

    Maybe an idea to draw up "The definitive reference list for Tom Barman's lyrics"?! ;-)
